Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms govern the use of Atlas, the product of Superhuman Systems, by an organisation and the people it invites. Using Atlas means agreeing to them. Our privacy policy says what Atlas reads and how it is kept.

What Atlas is

Atlas gives every employee of an organisation an agent built from the organisation's own meetings and tools: what was decided, what is open, who knows what. Each organisation runs Atlas in its own isolated environment, in the cloud region it chooses. Superhuman Systems operates that environment on the organisation's behalf.

Organisations and accounts

An organisation signs up for Atlas and names an administrator. The administrator invites employees; nobody else can create an account. An employee's account is personal and must not be shared. The organisation is responsible for the people it invites, and for telling them what Atlas does.

Connected tools

Atlas reads only from tools that an employee or the organisation's administrator connects, and only what they choose when connecting. Connecting a tool means you have the right to let Atlas read it. You can disconnect any tool at any time in Atlas; Atlas then deletes the stored access at once.

Google Calendar and Google Drive. An employee connects these through Google's own consent screen, with Superhuman Systems' Google application. Atlas asks for read-only access: the events of the calendars the employee chooses, and the names, folders and sharing of files in the drives and folders the employee chooses. The text of files is read only after the employee allows it separately. Atlas never writes to Google Calendar or Google Drive through these connections, never reads event descriptions, and never reads anything the employee did not choose. Atlas's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: that information is used only to provide Atlas's features to the organisation that connected it, is never used for advertising, is never sold, and is never transferred to anyone except as needed to provide Atlas, to comply with the law, or with your consent. An employee can revoke Atlas's access at any time in Atlas or in their Google account's connected apps; Atlas stops reading from that moment.

Acceptable use

Atlas is for an organisation's own work. You must not use it to read tools you are not entitled to read, to profile or evaluate people, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service. Superhuman Systems may suspend access that does any of these.

What Atlas keeps out

Atlas extracts professional facts and never extracts, stores or infers anything about a person's private life, health, emotions, protected characteristics or HR matters, and it never scores, ranks or rates people. Content from a connected tool is treated as data, never as an instruction to Atlas.

Your data

The organisation owns what Atlas reads and what Atlas builds from it. Superhuman Systems does not use one organisation's data for another, does not train models on it for anyone else, and does not sell it. The privacy policy describes where data is kept and for how long. When an organisation leaves, its environment and everything in it are deleted on request.

Availability and changes

Atlas is provided as it is at the time of use. Superhuman Systems works to keep it available and correct, but does not promise that it is uninterrupted or free of errors, and may change or withdraw features with notice to the organisation's administrator. Facts Atlas shows always name their source; check the source before acting on something important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Superhuman Systems is liable only for direct damage caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and not for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

An organisation can stop using Atlas at any time by telling us, and an employee can stop at any time by disconnecting their tools or asking the administrator to remove the account. Superhuman Systems can end the agreement with notice, or at once if these terms are broken. On ending, data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date above changes and the organisation's administrator is told. Continued use after a change means agreeing to the new terms.
