Atlas for Granola
Each employee connects their own Granola account. Atlas reads the transcripts and attendees of the meetings you recorded with Granola and writes its own summaries from them; Granola's notes are not read. The first sync reaches back up to three months.
How to connect
API keys are available on Granola's Business and Enterprise plans.
- In Granola, open Settings, then Connectors, then API keys, and create a new key with the personal notes scope.
- Sign in to Atlas and open Connections.
- On Granola, click Connect, paste the key and save.
What Atlas does with it
A meeting becomes a card on your timeline with its summary, decisions and action points, each naming the meeting it came from. A meeting stays visible to the people who were in it; only knowledge from meetings marked non-confidential is shared across the organisation.
How to stop
Click Disconnect on Granola in Atlas. The stored key is deleted at once, and Atlas stops reading from that moment. You can also delete the key in Granola.
