Atlas for Notion
Notion is connected once for the whole organisation, by an organisation admin. Atlas reads the pages created and edited wherever its integration is added: each page's title, where it sits and who created it. It reads a page's text only when the admin allows that. The first sync reaches back up to six months.
How to connect
- Sign in to Atlas as an organisation admin and open Connections.
- On Notion, click Connect with Notion.
- Notion asks which pages and teamspaces to share with Atlas. Choose them and approve. You can add or remove pages later in Notion, under the page's connections.
- To let Atlas read the text of those pages, tick Also read the text of these pages.
What Atlas does with it
Atlas turns page changes into project activity: which project a page belongs to, what was decided and what is open, each fact naming the page it came from. When an employee approves an update in Atlas, Atlas can write it to the mapped Notion page as the Atlas integration; it never writes on its own.
How to stop
An admin clicks Disconnect on Notion in Atlas, or removes the Atlas connection in Notion's settings. Either deletes the stored access at once, and Atlas stops reading from that moment.
